What will I receive in each box?

The contents of your box will change depending on the time of the year and your style preferences.  However, the types of items you can expect include main apparel items (polos, trousers, shorts etc), accessories (hats, belts etc) and golf equipment (balls, gloves etc). Typically, you will receive 4-5 items per box. See our blogs for details of previous boxes.

How much does it cost?

Subscription to our premium package costs £49.99. However, the RRP of the box will usually be higher than this as we work with suppliers to bring you the best deals possible.

When do you send out the boxes?

All boxes are sent out on 18th of each month. To qualify for the current months box please make sure you have signed up by 4th . Any sign-ups after this date will be delivered in the following month. However, if you are desperate to receive your box right away (but after the 18th), then please let us know and we will try to squeeze you in.

If you are expecting a box and it hasn’t come then please contact us and we will chase up the issue with our courier.

Can I return my items?

You can exchange your items if they do not fit but we ask that you pay the postage for sending your items back to us. We will then cover the cost of sending the new item out to you.

If we have made a mistake on your delivery, then we will send you a pre-paid return slip which you can use to return items to us for free.

We do not currently offer refunds. However, as always, if you are not happy with your box or would like to speak to someone about a return then please feel free to contact us at members@airdropgolf.com.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime via your members area. You can also change how often you want to receive a box or simply pause your subscription for a set number of months. However, please note that all cancellations must be done before 1st of each month else you will still receive a box for your current month.

Do I have to sign up for every month?

No, your subscription is completely flexible and controlled by you in your members area. We offer different delivery options including monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and 6 monthly. You can also pause your subscription at any time via your members area. This can be particularly useful if you are a fair weather golfer or for some reason the golf courses are closed.
